The Brief

Our client, a leading brand activation company asked us to provide a fully branded & cladded large outdoor LED screen at the main entrance to Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park, London. With over 1,000,000 visitors over the festive season. A key objective was to display advertising content from sponsors and engage visitors with social media platforms, creating an innovative advertising activation at this inspiring and highly regarded festive event, in its key London location.

The Challenge

We were responsible for ensuring that the outdoor LED screen was positioned effectively in order to make certain that the screen was prominent in the audience’s viewpoint, so that the commercial advertisement and social media could make the largest impact possible.

The structure was cladded in branded vinyl and attention to detail was key in avoiding any challenges on site; pre-planning and testing fully were particularly important precautions.

Due to adverse weather conditions, the iMAG team had to be prepared for all eventualities.

The Successful Solution

Working in partnership to understand the clients objectives allowed us to provide a well thought out and relevant activation, using high resolution outdoor 10mm LED along with content controls, playback, processing, media switching and sound equipment.

The branding of the structure created a visual centerpiece to attract and engage the excited audiences attending this fantastic festive extravaganza!

Pre-planning and communication with all parties was key to the success of this long term hire, ensuring the system was fully tested, along with the robustness of the branding.
