Warehouse & Asset Manager
Poole, Dorset | Full-Time | Permanent | Immediate start available
About the role
Our warehouse is where every project really begins. It's where kit is tested, lists are checked, and every case is packed so the crew on site can trust that what arrives is exactly what was promised. We're looking for a Warehouse & Asset Manager to take ownership of that: our Poole warehouse, our technical assets, our inventory systems and a genuinely brilliant team.
It's a key leadership role, and one the whole business depends on.
What you'll do
- Lead the day-to-day running of the warehouse and the team within it
- Oversee equipment prep, testing, quality control, dispatch and returns
- Manage inventory, stock control, asset tracking and equipment movements
- Run regular stock audits and asset checks
- Coordinate repairs, servicing and preventative maintenance
- Work closely with project managers and crew so kit lists and schedules are accurate and achievable
- Support sub-hire check-in, check-out and condition reporting
- Keep the warehouse safe, organised and compliant, and keep improving how it runs
