Introducing Charli Harding, our Client & Brand Director. She started her career in the financial industry, but found her true passion was the live events industry so she founded iMAG Displays together with @Alex Strachan back in 2013.
Charli’s quick wit, creativity, technical knowledge (or knowing who to contact!) and her ability to build highly-effective relationships has been key in iMAG’s phenomenal organic growth and its position as a market leader.
“We definitely need to encourage and inspire more girls and women to join the AV industry,” she says. “Technology doesn’t need to be scary and you don’t need to be an engineer to be involved with it, although women are great techs, too. There is a lot of room for bright and talented women in AV, and it’s our job to make them feel welcome and supported in the AV industry.”
