Snap Forward 2026

Delivering a Flagship Experience for Snap Inc. and OBO at Soho Farmhouse

Some clients raise the bar every year. Snap Inc. and creative agency OBO are that kind of client. Snap Forward has become a genuine fixture in the EMEA events calendar, and with each iteration, the ambition scales. What started as a high-calibre gathering of brand executives and creators has grown into something that carries real weight in the industry, an event where the content, the setting and the production are all expected to pull in the same direction at the same level.

The Challenge

The combination of an intimate setting, high audience proximity, and a programme that moved fluidly between keynote sessions, interactive demonstrations and live content meant that the technical solution needed to be both precise and adaptable. Every screen in every zone had to perform to the same standard. The system had to support ambitious creative content without any compromises. And it all had to feel effortless to an audience that had every reason to notice if it didn't.

Accessibility was also a clear priority, requiring a solution that could extend the reach of the programme without interrupting its flow.

The Solution

Working in close partnership with OBO, iMAG delivered a fully integrated video solution designed to support the creative ambition of Snap Forward 2026 while ensuring a seamless experience across every part of the venue. At the heart of the event was a stunning ROE Visual Topaz 1.9mm LED screen, chosen specifically for its exceptional image quality and colour accuracy at close viewing distances. In an intimate environment where audiences are immersed in every detail, visual performance cannot be compromised. The result was a flawless digital canvas that elevated keynote presentations, live content and brand storytelling throughout the day. Powered by Brompton Tessera SX40 4K processing and supported by an Analog Way Aquilon RS4 video control platform, the system provided the flexibility, reliability and precision required to deliver a high-profile event without compromise.

Beyond the main stage, iMAG designed a connected video ecosystem that extended across the venue’s breakout spaces. A dedicated monitor and video control infrastructure ensured content remained synchronised throughout the site, creating a cohesive audience experience regardless of where attendees engaged with the programme.

To enhance audience engagement, we deployed a flexible PTZ camera solution that supported both content capture and interactive moments throughout the event. One particularly memorable activation incorporated a live "kiss cam" experience, transforming attendees from spectators into participants and creating the kind of authentic, shared moments that continue to generate conversation long after the event has ended.

The Result

Snap Forward 2026 was a technical and creative success. Every element of the video ecosystem worked in harmony, from the main stage experience to the breakout spaces, creating a seamless journey for attendees throughout the venue. For an audience immersed in technology, creativity and innovation, expectations were high. OBO brought a clear creative vision. We provided the technical expertise and delivery to ensure that vision was realised without compromise. The result was a polished, immersive event that amplified the content, enhanced audience engagement and left a lasting impression long after the final session had ended.
