iMAG adds ROE Ruby-C LED Panels to its arsenal

In the heart of the UK’s creative landscape, iMAG stands as a beacon of innovation, shaping cinematic experiences with each project it undertakes. From LED volumes to supplementary sets, car or train travel simulation, to dynamic lighting, iMAG’s versatility knows no bounds.

With an extensive list of credits spanning feature films to television series, iMAG’s film and HETV portfolio includes:

Amazon productions: All the Old Knives, Chloe, Citadel, Memory, The Protégé and Gen V.

Netflix productions: The Sandman, The Last Bus, Three-Body Problem, Foreigner and The Challenger.

Sky and Sky Cinema productions: Breeders, This is Christmas, and Last Train to Christmas.

With landmark productions to its credit, iMAG has earned a reputation for pushing the boundaries of visual storytelling by curating solutions to the most challenging set designs and location setups. Each project is a testament to the company’s commitment to excellence and its ability to transform creative visions into a cinematic reality.

Now, iMAG embarks on its latest endeavour, introducing ROE Ruby-C LED panels into its arsenal. These panels represent the pinnacle of LED technology, offering stunning visual fidelity and flexibility. With a pixel pitch of 2.6mm and the ability to curve up to 30 degrees per panel, the Ruby-C panels are tailor-made for ambitious productions and challenging shoots.

“We are thrilled to elevate our AV capabilities with the inclusion of the cutting-edge ROE Ruby-C LED panels,” said Alex Strachan, co-founder at iMAG. “This strategic investment not only aligns with our commitment to pushing the boundaries of visual storytelling and production design but also builds upon our successful track record of addressing challenging environments and unconventional locations in recent years. From the captivating The Last Bus on Netflix to the thrilling All the Old Knives on Amazon Prime, we’ve embraced ambitious productions. The Ruby-C's superb image quality and super flexible design offer us exciting possibilities. I am looking forward to seeing what the Ruby-C can do for even the most daring production or project.”

You can have the best kit in the world, the slickest pitch deck, and a glittering showreel, but if you don’t understand what your clients really need when the pressure’s on, you’ll never be their first call again. After more than twelve years working across the creative, brand, and production landscape, the iMAG team has been in hundreds of briefing conversations. And while every project, client, and budget brings its own personality, one thing is consistent: there’s almost always more going on beneath the surface. Here’s what they rarely say out loud, but actually really want from their AV partner. 1. “Make me look good to my client.” Whether you’re working with a producer, a creative agency, or even an internal comms team, there's usually another layer above them. A brand director. A Head of Production. A CMO. What they want isn’t just technical brilliance (though that’s always a non-negotiable). They want you to make them look like the hero. That means calm in chaos, fast fixes, respectful collaboration, and no surprises on site. At iMAG, we get that. We operate like an extension of your team - invisible when needed, front-footed when it counts.
